There are a few things you can do to prevent water damage in your home.

1.) Test your Sump Pump regularly.

2.) Direct down spouts 5-10 feet away from the house and ensure good drainage.

3.) Repair any cracked caulking

4.) Fix all water leaks immediately.   

5.) Check for dark spots under pipes and on ceilings.

6.) Clean your gutters and ensure good drainage. 

7.) Inspect your roof regularly. Replace missing roof shingles ASAP.
